The finely detailed Crossing Shanty is an O Scale / On30 Scale kit designed to be incredibly versatile. It can be used as either a crossing shanty or a signal shanty. It also has a large window in the rear that can be built either as a window, a counter or an awning. This makes it ideal for a newsstand, a fruit stand or an outdoor food stand.
This kit features peel-and-stick trim which makes assembly a breeze!
We've created a unique and charming shanty with laser etched hardwood floor and desk. It has a bench for the signal man to rest while waiting for the next train, or a customer to read the newspaper at the newsstand. It has detailed window panes and lovely roof gables. We love it, with all of its fine details, and we hope you do too!
NOTE: The kit includes the structure and a wooden bench. Other sheds, figures, chair, stove and all other accessories depicted in the images are not included.
